When shopping at Trumslagaren you can rest assure that you'll always get a good price. If you find a lower price elsewhere we can i most cases match that price. All shops has their busniess modell, therefore we match the price for your whole purchase rather than individual articles.
Instruction
Complete your purchase as usual. Straight afterwards, send us an e-mail with your order number and a screen dump of the checkout page from the store where you've got a better total sum. We will update your order manually to match the total price. If there would be any problem with price matching, we'll contact you immediately and you can then chose to cancel or proceed with the order anyway.
Conditions for price match
- The store must be within EU.
- The products must be available in stock for delivery.
- We only match new products (no B-stock).
- Prices that are obviously incorrect are not matched.
- We compare the total sum at checkout meaning product(s) + shipping and potential fees to have the order delivered to your address.
Although we will do whatever we can to match prices sometimes it's not possible. In such event we'll let you know asap and you will then have the option to cancel the order if you like.
